What is a Memory book?

A Memory Book is a collection of your memories which can be presented visually through photographs, pictures cut from magazines, something you have written, something you have drawn or made, something you found, something you treasure, something you just couldn’t throw away, anything which can be glued, taped or attached into a scrapbook.  You can be as creative as you like!  Capture the stories behind your memory and create something that will trigger happy thoughts!

If you are specifically interested in the above activity, then get in touch to register your interest.  This theme will run for a block of four sessions starting 20th March 2017 and will run again in the future.

The Positive Minds Group takes place each Monday morning, the Memory Book theme will start on Monday the 20th of March 2017 at the Govanhill Library, please contact us for further information.
