REACH's Gym can be accessed through a Membership Scheme or a Pay as you Go service. In addition to this you can have direct access to a Personal Trainer when you join the Gym for 6 months or more.

Holistic Health Exercise & Fitness Programme

REACH offers access to a fully equipped mini-gym and a range of exercise and well-being classes. The exercise facilities have separate male and female fitness instructors to ensure the gym is culturally sensitive to the specific needs of the BME Community. Our culturally sensitive mini-gym has given the opportunity for BME community members (women, men, elderly, youth) to access services that are tailored to their specific needs. This as a result has empowered our service users to take active steps to improve their own health and well being.

Our Mini-Gym is equipped with the latest cardiovascular and resistance machines including; running machines, stationary bikes, elliptical machine and a multi-gym. Access to the facilities is through a Membership Scheme or Pay as You Go Service.

Therapeutic Massage Clinic

Provides culturally sensitive massage, aromatherapy, clinical reflexology, and Indian head massage.

Female Fitness Programme

Specific fitness programme for Females incorporating a combination of aerobics, weight resistance and toning exercises.

Elderly Male Fitness Programme

Specific fitness programme for Elderly Males involving a routine of floor exercises, muscle warm up and stretches.

Elderly Female Fitness Programme

Specific fitness programme for Elderly Females involving a routine of floor exercises, muscle warm up and stretches.

Gym Inductions

All individuals wanting to access the REACH Mini Gym have to undergo a Gym Induction from our fully qualified Fitness Instrucutors and seek medical advice from their doctor/consult their doctor before taking on any form of exercise.
