Shehla Ihsan - Chairperson
Shehla Ihsan is the Chairperson and founder of REACH Community Health Project. REACH under her leadership has successfully delivered many innovative preventative clinical health services and undertaken ground breaking research at national level.
Her vision is to provide accessible health care services to people from disadvantaged and Black and Minority Ethnic communities and to ensure their health is a priority on the health agenda of the statutory bodies at local and national level.
Going from strength to strength she aims to take forward her vision including REACH’s triangulated approach for community health at international level to address inequalities and influence global health.

Shabir Banday - Director
Shabir, as the National Director of REACH has the overall responsibility of managing the projects within each of the three Units.
Provide strategic leadership to the organisation by working closely with the Chairperson and therefore, ensuring effective implementation of the organisation's policies into practice and facilitate achieving REACH's Vision and
Moreover, he leads the Policy and Research Unit, which includes designing research studies, advising REACH team on research projects and leads in carrying out research.

Irfan Rabbani – ICHEE Project Coordinator
Irfan is the project coordinator for the ICHEE Project and holds the responsibility for the effective coordination of the Public Participation, Equality and Cultural Diversity Training and Community Engagement programme.

Andrew Paterson – ICHEE Policy Officer
Andrew has the responsibility of promoting the ICHEE Project at the policy level and work towards ensuring that the REACH's BME Public Participation Forums are linked into existing generic PPFs.

Asia is the public involvement officer with the of engaging and interacting with BME communities, Voluntary/Community orgaisations to promote the REACH's BME Public Policy Participation Forums (PPPF) and support the training Officer in promoting Public Participation Training and Equality and Cultural Diversity Training Programmes.

Nargis Afzal – Community Health Development Worker
Nargis as the Community Health Development Worker has the key responsibility of engaging and interacting with BME communities at grassroots level within voluntary/Community organisations. Nargis promotes REACH projects among BME communities particularly by engaging with BME women.
Sumera Arshad - Central Administrative Officer
Sumera provides comprehensive administration support within REACH and ensures that all systems in the various projects operate effectively. She also co-ordinates public access to REACH
